We are recruiting an experienced Plant Manager for an apparel manufacturing operation in Puerto Rico. This position is suited to a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong experience managing production teams, improving plant performance, and maintaining high quality standards. Key responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations, including production, staffing, quality, safety, and operational performance.
• Oversee cutting, sewing, garment assembly, finishing, and production schedules.
• Manage supervisors and production personnel to achieve output and delivery targets.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, including efficiency, labor utilization, quality, waste, and on-time delivery.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance, materials, and production resources.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading apparel or textile manufacturing operations.
• Strong background in garment production, particularly tailored dress coats and trousers.
• Experience managing production supervisors and large manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering, production planning, quality control, and operational improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
