About the role

We are recruiting a Production Coordinator for an international consumer products operation in the British Virgin Islands. This opportunity is suited to a manufacturing or production professional experienced in coordinating production schedules, materials, quality standards, and day-to-day operational activities. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and schedules.
• Monitor production progress and support achievement of operational targets.
• Work with manufacturing, assembly, quality, and logistics teams.
• Coordinate materials, inventory availability, and production requirements.
• Track production performance and identify scheduling or workflow issues.
• Maintain production records and support reporting through ERP systems.
• Assist with quality control, process improvement, and corrective actions.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve production delays and resource constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience in production coordination, manufacturing operations, production planning, or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing schedules, materials coordination, and quality processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is relevant.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in the British Virgin Islands.
