We are seeking a Production Manager or experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities within an apparel production facility in Puerto Rico. Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across garment manufacturing lines.
• Coordinate staffing, production schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor output, efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
• Oversee cutting, sewing, assembly, and finishing operations.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees and line supervisors.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical production improvements.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising apparel, garment, or textile manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of production-line management and garment assembly processes.
• Ability to manage production targets, staffing, quality, and operational priorities.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
